Calendars are being printed! There are 3 still up for grabs. The full art of April and another art involving Ayran Greenway will be exclusive to Patreon and the calendar.

I’ve made a new account on Goodreads. Some stalkers friends already know of my other account that I use to keep track of everything I read. This one I’m gearing towards just the books or series that I’d recommend. I’m still sorting shelves but feel free to friend me or send book recommendations there.

Bear story #4: (This is sadly the last bear story!) So while in Yosemite we were staying in these tent cabins with canvas walls. Outside each cabin is a bear-proof locker where you have to store food. The deal was that there weren’t enough beds, so someone had to sleep on a cot, and whomsoever volunteered to sleep on the cot didn’t have to contribute to the tent rental. I am extremely frugal except when it comes to markers so I snatched that deal up in a jiffy! Which meant I was in a cot at the front of the cabin.

Two nights after the previous bear stories, it is 2am and we are startled awake with some

The beating on the bear locker was so forceful that it was shaking the whole cabin! (Mom backed me up on this) but especially my cot, because the bear locker was 3 feet from my head, and only the canvas wall between. It went on for a number of minutes and woke up all my family (except for blissfully unaware Alyssa who was sleeping headphones playing white noise), plus it woke up people in surrounding tents. I thought about getting up to look out the tent flap to see the bear, but my bed was warm and toasty. Eventually someone from a neighboring tent shown a light towards ours and it sounded like the bear ambled off. Was it Yellow 32, come to visit us once more? Only Yellow 32 knows. (there apparently only 12 bears living in Yosemite Valley proper, so those are fairly good odds)
