I delayed this page cause I didn’t want to stay up late and then I stayed up till 4:30am to finish it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My trip was pretty swell (other than running out of long acting insulin which made my blood crazy which feels bad). But there were far off events that were pretty horrible, the public one being the Notre Dame fire. The destruction of historic Gothic architecture is like my worst nightmare. I’m actually really thankful I was out and about so that I couldn’t obsess over events as they happened.
When I got home I went back and poured over my photography I’d taken at Notre Dame (which is a reason this page was late, to be honest.) In a rare instance where I’ll use a photo as a background, I put one of my pics of a rose window for the background of Apen’s coronation panel. I was happy I could work it in there somehow.
