I was tempted to have Melly say “Bork Bork Bork!” but I would never mock her pain like that.
This is a page I wanted to add in as a way to show-not-tell. Previously the Alvarados were just like, “Yeah, we know this kid. He just ran off leaving a note and his dog.” but I think it works better to see him do it. It helps us understand Berlyne’s frustration with Apen, cause it is a pretty jerk move. Plus this is a way to establish his note cause it’ll turn up later.
