Fire season is in full swing. Fortunately CalFire is hitting wildfires with everything they’ve got right away. There’s been like three air attacks viewable from the house and multiple times a week they’re flying overhead to hit fires further away. It’s not fun.
I saw Audible was taking The Brothers Karamazov out of the plus catalog so I listened through 37 hours of that in 5 days and I feel accomplished (Not that there’s a high probability younglings will pick up a book that massive, but disclaimer that the content’s not suitable for everybody). Then I listened to The Lost Kingdom of Bamarre which was good and would be more in line with the tastes of Nerdarians, though it had violent moments here and there.
