The Two Towers reading continues! I’ve posted chapter titles in the comment section. There’s no weekly schedule for the rest of this book. We’ll finish it by the end of January and then start reading The Return of the King in February with the chapter-a-week pace again.

I want an infomercial for the wheely standing desk that goes through walls and doesn’t get stuck on rocks.

I don’t think there’s a whole lot of discussion on their continent about if the world is flat or round, because the weavers prevent the civilizations from exploration either way. There’s probably only a handful of scientists, maybe a theologian or two, and one Bhatair, who are invested in the topic. All that is to say, I don’t think Apen has seen a globe before, but if he knew what it was, I think he’d be much more excited right now.
