When my sister was here, she gave me a book of fanart and letters from The Silver Eye readers. Thank you everyone that contributed to it! Honestly, I don’t think I will ever be able to express how grateful I am for the kind and respectful community that has formed around this story.
Pre orders are open on Etsy for The Silver Eye 2021 calendars!
You can read more about it there. The deadline to pre order is the 26th of November! (Thanksgiving) If you don’t pre order, then you might not be able to get a calendar. The theme is modern TSE and I’m updating the listing with artwork as I’m making them.
I have a brand new art portfolio website!
(It loads a little slow and mobile doesn’t quite look as it should, but it is much shinier than before)
Here is a summary of other happenings:
- Right the time I went on break, my insulin pod malfunctioned. It was not fun. I went to the ER and labs say my organs aren’t damaged but something ain’t right because over a month later I am still not back to normal.
- I had a blast with my family in Yosemite and around CA. It was really really good. I am so glad that the health snafu didn’t prevent me from going on hikes and having a nice time.
- Bear snot got on my mom’s book. There were several bear encounters. I will tell of those later.
- I hired my brother to build a custom PC for me because the one I’d been using is near death. We had to exchange it in Yosemite and it sat under a towel in the back seat of his car in a parking lot for a week. If someone had broken into that car is would have been very fortunate for them and very unfortunate for me. But that didn’t happen so, another thing to be thankful for.
- Internet land has been chaotic, (and I did not intend to return to it on perhaps a most chaotic of days). For peace of mind, I’d turning on pre-moderation for comments for the time being.
Thanks for reading and I shall see you next week with another new page!
