I have things to plug. First, My sister Alyssa’s novel The Invisible Boy comes out September 8th! Check it out! Pre-orders are super helpful to get the book out there! I did art of the characters but I shall wait to post till after Alyssa does.
QUICK EVERYONE GO GET A HORSE PLUSH! They are so cute! Eli and Oli are amazing artists. This is their first crowdfunding campaign and I hope it is madly successful! I may or may not have been inspired and snuck a similar plush into the background of a commission you will see come November.
Eli and Oli also brought the world such beloved masterpieces as Human!VeggieTales and Bub and Leery. Glorious.
Time for California to do what it does best, which is to be on fire! It has been very smokey the past few days. I shall panic only when I see the locals panic and I’ll have to get used to wildfires the way I got used to East Coast hurricanes.
Thursday was my aunt’s leg surgery. It went well! Granted, she just got home an hour ago from when I’m typing this. Hopefully the recovery will go smoothly.
I’m going to post flat colored page and shade it Friday. Flat page is better than late page I recon.
